Job Title Team Leader, Accounts & Payments, CBS, Asia Pacific Job Description Authorisation/Sign-Off Levels: Quantitative Information: • Authorized signatory for payments and confirmations • Operational Readiness sign off authority Policy and Decision-Making Freedom: • Responsible for maintaining and updating Operational procedures relevant to CBS • Responsible for reviewing BIA’s relevant to CBS Key Relationships: Various internal stakeholders including; • Wholesale Banking Business: o Core Lending o Asset Based Finance (ABS) o Project Finance (PF) o Trade & Commodity Finance (TCF) o Capital Markets / Syndications o Financial Advisory Services (FAS) o Markets • Treasury Asia and RANZ • Finance Asia and RANZ • Compliance Asia and RANZ • Legal Asia and RANZ • Risk Asia and RANZ • Tribe and Service Centres global External and Third Parties; • Wholesale Banking clients • Financial Institution clients • Agency syndicates • Payment, settlement and custody providers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • KPIs as agreed and outlined in the following SLA/OLA agreements and as documented in the Operations Service Catalogue • Staff engagement >70% • Staff turnover
Responsibilities
This role involves acting as an authorized signatory for payments and confirmations, and holding authority for operational readiness sign-off within the CBS function. The Team Leader is also responsible for maintaining and updating Operational procedures relevant to CBS and reviewing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
