Acorn Homes are looking for the right Team Leader to join our home in Canterbury. We are looking for a Team Leader who has experience working in a children’s home and is looking for the next step up in their career. The ideal Team Leader will be confident, work well to their own initiative, posses excellent communication skills, is a good decision maker and has the ability develop staff to their full potential.
Acorn Homes is offering it’s Team Leaders £33,280 per annum (£14.00 per hour, including 2 sleep shifts per week, £40 per sleep)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE OF TEAM LEADER:
A Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of a team of support staff to ensure that young people receive a complete person centred care service. As an excellent role model, they will lead, delegate, supervise and assess the Support Workers practice. Due to the nature of the role, there is an expectation that you will provide direct high quality care and support to young people.
