Job Description Reporting to the National Delivery Lead, you will manage a small onsite team, supporting our Candidates and our customer, from end to end. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience: • Supervising and/or leading a team • Receiving and responding to emails and telephone calls • Coordinating tasks and managing clients expectations • Guiding & coaching account managers • Managing quarterly client reviews • Developing and executing in line with customer needs / requirements • Ensuring that forms and documents are correctly filled in. • Handling queries professionally. Candidate’s Profile To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience managing a team as well as working with large volumes.
