Day to day, you’ll:

  • Lead and motivate a team of advice professionals to deliver high-quality intra-fund advice.
  • Drive performance and capability development to meet current and future business needs.
  • Champion member outcomes through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and complex member requests.
  • Collaborate on harmonisation initiatives to enhance the advice experience.
