ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Team Leader - Advice Delivery, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring your team to provide outstanding financial and retirement advice to our members. You will work closely with your team members, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and equipped to perform at their best. Your leadership will be essential in promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Lead and manage a team of financial advisors to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop a high performing team, ensuring capabilities meet current and future business needs.
  • Identify and lead improvements to member advice experience, processes, procedures, tools and activities that enhance individual and team performance.
  • Ensure that legislative and regulatory changes are known, understood and integrated into operational procedures and practices across the team.
  • Promote and enhance risk management discussions within the team and effectively manage risks.
