  • Leadership alongside another Team Leader with responsibility for an After Hours Service
  • Strengthen existing practices and further build our capacity to provide a high-quality service
  • There are 6 x 4pm till 12am ‘shifts’ per month and some 11am to 7pm finishes required

KEY SKILLS:

  • Highly developed skills in risk assessment and responding to and managing complex, high risk and crisis situations across statutory and other services.
  • High level understanding and extensive operational experience working in the child protection, placement and support services, Out of Home Care service systems.
  • Recruitment of a dynamic, highly skilled workforce.
  • Working in a dynamic, crisis driven, emergency response environment.
  • Roster management.
  • People management in a complex team that works remotely and after hours.
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff and create a workplace culture based on cooperation, teamwork and common pursuit of organisational objectives.
  • Maintain high standards in a high risk environment.
Responsibilities
  • $117,473 plus super plus access to salary packaging.
  • SCHCADS level 7.2
  • The role generally works within standard business hours (some flex required).
  • There are 6 x 4pm till 12am ‘shifts’ per month and some 11am to 7pm finishes required.
  • These late shifts are to support monthly supervision for staff.
  • Office location is Collingwood for meetings with work from home days available.
