JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to run our small domiciliary care business. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence and bring growth to the business. The ideal candidate should have experience of running a domiciliary care company using Sproc net. Since it’s a new office the role will involve:
Duties include
Working on your own in an office, managing care referrals on Sproc net and other sites.
Looking for new clients this involves ringing different care homes within Cumberland offering our service.
Visiting new clients for an assessment if needed.
Reporting back to the director/ manager any progress achieve.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience of a team leader or senior position role.
• 2 satisfactory references
