Ensure resources (materials, equipment, staffing) are available to meet production schedules. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. Foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results. Spend approximately 80% of your shift on the production floor. Qualifications Required: 1+ year in a leadership role (shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager) OR an Associate’s degree. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be 18 years of age or older Training Six weeks of hands-on training before department assignment. Virtual new employee orientation covering company knowledge, product knowledge, and leadership skills. Six-month operational training program while on the job. Work Environment Position requires working in temperatures below 40°F. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $60,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and location).
