Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Team Leader, you’ll be a visible, hands-on leader on the trading floor. You’ll support and motivate your team, resolve challenges on the spot, and ensure smooth operations across food & beverage, gaming, and events. Your leadership will set the standard – showing staff what great service looks like while delivering standout experiences for our members and guests.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading and supporting the service team across daily operations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for escalated guest or staff concerns.
  • Overseeing staff allocations, attendance, and performance.
  • Driving engagement in marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Managing cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with accuracy.
  • Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to your team.
  • Overseeing F&B and event operations, ensuring service is smooth and professional.
  • Maintaining safety standards and emergency management readiness.
