What You'll Be Doing As Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring exceptional service, accuracy, and compliance while supporting and developing your team. You'll: Lead, coach, and develop AP & AR team members Manage workload distribution and team performance Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and collections Act as the primary liaison between the Manila team and Sydney finance leadership Support month-end reporting and finance close activities Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Maintain strong controls, compliance, and governance standards Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture What Success Looks Like In this role, you'll be known as a trusted leader who: Builds engaged and high-performing teams Delivers accurate and efficient AP & AR operations Creates strong relationships with Australian stakeholders Identifies opportunities to improve processes and workflows Contributes to the continued growth and success of the offshore finance function
