We’re looking for a native Arabic-speaking Team Leader to oversee and develop the Arabic Owner Services team across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, delivering exceptional service to members of both Club Wyndham and Accor Vacation Club. This role blends leadership and hands-on support, ensuring consistency, cultural sensitivity, and operational excellence in all Arabic member interactions. How You'll Shine Lead a team of Arabic Owner Services Consultants and the on-site Coordinator in RAK. Deliver consistent, culturally aware service to Arabic-speaking members. Personally handle escalated cases, member onboarding, holiday planning, and retention efforts. Train, coach, and performance-manage team members to meet service KPIs. Work closely with sales and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Requirements Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. 3–5 years' experience in team leadership, preferably in call centers or hospitality. Proven ability to manage service teams and resolve complex customer issues. Strong cultural awareness of Middle Eastern markets. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
