As a Team Leader within Assisted Recovery, you will lead a team of Recovery Assistants to support clients through their rehabilitation journey. You will set clear expectations, coach for performance and wellbeing, and create an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work. You will take a proactive role in identifying opportunities to lift performance and improve ways of working, use data, insight, and feedback to inform decisions and priorities, and contribute as a trusted member of the wider leadership team. Your leadership will directly support better recovery outcomes for clients and strengthen service delivery across Assisted Recovery. We’re seeking a dedicated Team Leader: Assisted Recovery to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading people, improving performance, and supporting clients through their recovery journey, contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. This role may be positioned within either the mental injury or physical injury space, with the final placement determined by the skills, experience, and strengths of the appointed candidate.   The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 – $131,077 based on experience, and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
