We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional service standards. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a diverse team, maintain high levels of food safety, and foster a positive working environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry and has the ability to manage teams effectively (required)
  • Barista experience 1 year (required)
  • Management in a café setting (preferred)
  • Have a strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
  • Experience in stock management.

  • Oversee daily activities in the kitchen and café, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor team members in barista skills, hygiene standards , and customer service best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with food production planning to meet demand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the kitchen
  • Collaborate with management on any arears for business development.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
