As a Team Leader for Benugo, you will be supporting the management team to assist with any team or customer queries. Key Responsibilities: To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times. To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies. To assist with all front of house tasks, such as clearing tables, working on tills and serving food and drink, Carry out daily team briefings. Assist with the development of the team, providing training and up-skilling where possible. Support management with effective cost control, inclusive of labour targets. Qualifications Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage) Positive can-do attitude Lead by example, always acting in a professional manner Excellent communication skills Responds quickly to drive business through periods of low demand Takes the initiative Excellent time management Supportive / Team player Excellent customer service skills Weekly Hours: 45 Employment Type: Perm.
