Company Description We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Team Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the front of house team on a daily basis. Ensure food safety, health and safety and compliance is followed at all times. To take control and ownership of a specific area of the front of house, with the flexibility to rotate around as needed. Assist with all front of house duties, and lead from the front. Carry out team briefings and be able to answer any team queries. Assist with the development of the team. Qualifications Positive can-do attitude Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet the business needs Reliable, team player Self-motivated and proactive Weekly Hours: 30 Employment Type: Perm.
