Responsibilities: Mencapai target sell out BA yang ada di area nya Melakukan coaching, training, dan monitoring pada BA Mengindentifikasi kebutuhan training untuk setiap BA Memberikan laporan hasil kerja mingguan terkait (performa, kegiatan kompetitor, evaluasi promo, grooming, update display & visual ) Update promo setiap bulannya ke semua tim BA dan memastikan promo berjalan sesuai periode Membuat hasil laporan pencapaian sales yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan Menjalankan tugas kunjungan ke toko sesuai dengan rencana kerja, koordinasi dengan tim VM ( update visual, acrylik & branding lain nya ) Requirements: Have at least 1 year experience as Team Leader (preferably Cosmetics Sales) Beauty Enthusiast Have good communication skills Able to work under pressure Easy to socialise We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail). Responsibilities
