We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team leaders and Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to children and young adults in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to care and the ability to manage behaviours effectively while maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in children residential care
• Level 3 Diploma in children care
• Full UK driving licence

  Pay: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to support clients with challenging behaviours.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
• Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
