Due to demand in the Gainsborough area, we are expanding our Lincoln based service to build a brand-new team in the Gainsborough area.
We are looking for a Team Leader to help us through the process and work towards promotion.
As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and the carers to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for the setting up and auditing of care plans, supervising staff, and managing the daily operations of care delivery. You will be required to work hands on providing care whether this be individually or as part of a 2xcarer team.
As a Team Leader you will be committed to providing Person Centred care and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
You will have a positive approach to working with individuals to build on life skills whether social, practical, financial, caring or educational focusing on Person Centred Planning. Giving the individual the right to exercise choice.
This role requires someone with a natural ability to enhance the lives of others and the skills to lead and inspire a team of carers while developing the service.
Experience of working in a health and social care setting is essential.
An NVQ in Health and Social Care 2/3 is preferable or the willingness to work towards the qualification.
A positive approach to change is required along with reliability, flexibility and a good sense of humor.
You will be required to hold basic IT skills. Complete Training both E learning and face to face, working to legislation policy and procedure.
Funded DBS, Uniform and Training.
Paid Travel time at hourly rate. Paid Mileage.
