ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role as a BDR Team Lead, you will have a directly measurable impact on our overall Sales Targets as a company. You will support the BDR Manager in managing a team of Business Development Representatives to support our Outbound Sales Teams with detailed account research and prospecting efforts. You will have access to the latest social and contact tools to uncover opportunities for FIS to help our prospective clients solve some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In this role, you will be leading a team to generate new business opportunities (pre-qualified leads) in support of FIS sales goals and objectives.

  • Drive the creation of sales leads through outbound strategies, including calling, emailing, and social media outreach, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach, in collaboration with lead generation programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and nurture team members, preparing them for future sales roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for demand generation activities.
  • Foster long-term opportunities by maintaining communication with potential clients during the early stages before the sales cycle begins.
  • Assist in strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns by collecting and analyzing comprehensive data.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of sales techniques and product differentiators.
