Job Description We are seeking an experienced and professional Team Leader - Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Udaipur, India. As the Team Leader, you will oversee and guide a team of butlers, ensuring the highest standards of service for our discerning guests. Lead and manage a team of butlers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship Coordinate butler services across the property, ensuring seamless and personalized guest experiences Develop and implement standard operating procedures for butler services Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for butler operations Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently Handle VIP guests and special requests, providing tailored services to exceed expectations Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards in butler service areas Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and guest satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end butler service Previous leadership experience in managing a team of butlers Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Professional butler certification (e.g., Guild of Professional English Butlers) Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on luxury hospitality Proficiency in hospitality management software In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette and protocols Advanced time management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Expertise in the luxury hospitality industry and high-end customer service Proficiency in fine dining and wine service Familiarity with Indian culture and customs Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Additional Information An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
