The Team Lead for the case management program provides coordination of staff, providing guidance and training, and acting as a liaison between the team and supervisor. The Team Lead assists the supervisor in documentation review, quality assessment, tracking, and creation of spreadsheets, and other duties as required. This position offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work complete documentation remotely.
