JOB DESCRIPTION

Castle Dairies are an award-winning butter manufacturer based in Caerphilly, South Wales. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Production team. This is a full-time permanent position that is shift based around the needs of production. This position is full-time working a 7-day fortnight pattern, 6am to 6pm.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· To manage a team, undertaking tasks to achieve the daily plan.
· Ensure safe systems of work & instructions are followed at all times and that the team work in a safe manner.
· Ensuring the team follow correct PPE procedures at all times.
· Achieve KPI targets.
· Follow clean as you go at all times.
· Ensure area is up to audit standards at all times.
· Ensuring customer specifications are followed at all times, enabling quality standards to be achieved.
· Ensure safe systems of work & work instructions are being followed at all times and that the teamwork in a safe manner.
