We are currently recruiting for a Catering Team Leader. This is a full time role.

Some of the duties include

  • Provide first line team liaison, monitoring, and supervision
  • Ensure the highest possible hygiene standards within the department and Catering Assistant team in compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP
  • Ensure the highest possible quality driven customer and patient centred standards within the Catering Assistant Team
  • To mentor their work colleagues and work proactively as part of the Catering Team
  • To attend and engage with departmental meetings
  • To participate in training / refresher training as and when required
  • To deal in a courteous and responsible manner with any complaints that may arise in the course of your duties reporting all incidents to departmental management.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Background in Catering / Food Service
  • Experience working in a Hospital or Healthcare setting
  • HACCP/Food Safety training e
  • Experience working in a team based environment

Garda Vetting is a requirement of this employment.
