POSITION SUMMARY:

As a member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Chick-fil-A restaurant. This includes ensuring excellence in all areas of operations—such as food production, preparation, guest experience, team development, inventory management, and facility upkeep. You will play a key role in upholding Chick-fil-A’s high standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in food service or a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to model Chick-fil-A’s values and culture.
