TEAM LEADER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE - FULL-TIME - ON-SITE

Location: Greenford (UB6)
Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | On-site | Varied shifts (may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank and public holidays)
We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Children’s Residential Team Leader to help guide our dedicated care staff and provide stability, direction, and inspiration to the young people we support.
In this leadership role, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the home while ensuring care practices are safe, consistent, and in line with both regulatory standards and our core values. You’ll work closely with the management team, leading by example and empowering colleagues to deliver the highest quality of care.

• Supporting young people with complex needs in a warm, supportive residential setting
• Assisting in the delivery and monitoring of personalised care plans
• Offering hands-on support during shifts, modelling excellent care practices
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date documentation on care, behaviour and progress
• Providing mentorship to junior staff and contributing to team development
• Ensuring safeguarding and regulatory standards are always met
• Playing an active role in creating a nurturing, structured home environment
