Our Short Break Service in Welwyn Garden City offers a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can enjoy enriching experiences — while giving families essential respite and support.
We are passionate about creating an inclusive, person-centred environment that empowers every child to thrive. We are now seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our dedicated team and help lead the delivery of high-quality care and support.

What you’ll need as a Team Leader at Jubilee House:

• Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (and the willingness to work towards your Level 4 – we’ll cover the cost!)
• Experience in a senior role - shift leading, delivering 1 to 1’s and being a positive role model for your team
• Compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to improve lives
• Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Driving Licence – Must have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence
