THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to guide our Children’s Therapeutic Services team. This role blends leadership with hands-on practice, supporting counsellors and directly engaging with children and families. You’ll help shape a culture of safety, growth, and healing—grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NT Working with Children Check & National Criminal History Check
  • NT Driver’s License
  • Willingness to travel remotely
  • Commitment to Safeguarding Children policies
