WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver top-tier cleaning services with a hands-on approach
• Lead a small team on key jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Train new and existing staff to meet Shine Time’s high standards
• Assess potential team members through trial shifts
• Champion our values of professionalism, teamwork, and positivity
• Step in to cover shifts during employee sickness or holiday leave
