We have an exciting opportunity for passionate, enthusiastic and compassionate leader to manage one of our co-occurring conditions teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire.
Working as part of our leadership team, you will oversee a team of staff managing their own caseloads of clients experiencing co-occurring conditions (substance misuse and mental health), providing evidence based psychosocial interventions to service users and supporting them to access the support they require for their mental health conditions. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the service you manage, ensuring that quality and effective treatment is provided to service users, and supporting and mentoring the staff within your team.

The vacancy is open to qualified professionals, experienced managers or individuals with leaderships skills and an understanding of drug and alcohol treatment services and/or mental health services.
You will be an integral part of a leadership team, making a real difference to people’s lives and the wider communities in which we serve.
The role is based in North and Mid Hampshire and there will be an expectation that you will travel frequently in the areas surrounding Andover, Winchester and Basingstoke.
THIS JOB REQUIRES YOU TO:
Work alongside the Inclusion Management team in ensuring service targets are met by mentoring and supervising staff.
Take a lead role in service promotion and encouraging new Service User’s into treatment.
Support staff in providing person centred treatment to their caseload of Service Users.
Work collaboratively with the Service Manager, Service Leads and other Team Leaders on a day to day basis to ensure effective service delivery and staff support.
Guide and support your team of staff in providing high quality, inclusive and non-judgemental treatment to those in need.
Liaise with partner agencies in Primary Care, Community Mental Health care and substance use services

Responsibility for the day to day management and delivery of a range of services for adults with co-occurring conditions (substance misuse & mental health).
Responsibility for the supervision, management and development of your staff team
Supporting the strategic and operational development of co-occurring conditions services
Responsibility for ensuring the service you lead provides high quality, effective and person centred treatment to those accessing the service
Undertaking HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals with staff
Recruitment and induction of new staff
Taking action to support your staff team in working towards and achieving targets as set by commissioners
Understanding data from the work undertaken in order to support your team in their day to day work within the hub
Promotion of Service User Involvement
Developing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders, partnership agencies and other organisations
Contributing to county-wide management and governance meeting
