Team Leader. Must have experience working with young people with emotional behavioural difficulties in a residential setting. Diploma level 3 /4 Children and Young Peoples workforce and full UK driving license desirable. Coastal Quality Care Ltd provides residential care for children based on a therapeutic approach. Our children may present emotional and social difficulties and some challenging behaviour at times. Shifts are 8am-11pm with sleep in duty. On average you will work 10 shifts per month on a 1 day on 2 days off rota pattern. This allows for 20 days off a per month for the right candidate.
£14.00 ph plus £60 for sleep in duty
