THE ROLE: As the Collections Team Leader, you will efficiently manage the collections and recovery function, leading a team of Collections Consultants while supporting the wider business. You will ensure timely and effective action on all accounts, manage key internal and external relationships, and contribute to accurate reporting and month-end processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Collections function and team of Collections Consultants Assist with Collections Consultant duties when required Oversee month-end processes, including Loss Provisions and Write-Offs Generate daily and monthly reporting on collections activities Engage with and manage external partners for repossessions, legal action, and field visits Ensure all accounts in Collections are actioned efficiently and effectively Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships ABOUT YOU: You are an experienced collections or finance professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organised, and have a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
