JOB PURPOSE

A Team Leader has regular communication regarding the status of ongoing and upcoming projects within the greater Cincinnati area with company leaders and co-workers. Team Leaders communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and clients. The goal is to drive service success that improves client satisfaction, maximizes client retention, delivers a high-quality project, builds the careers of our team and increases company profitability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in the management of personnel and subcontractors for project categories.
  • Work professional network to build brand and service awareness
  • Actively participate in project work and delivery by completing field work, scheduling, project management requirement, and meeting key client contacts
  • Identify resources, individuals and other businesses that will facilitate future team building and/or business relationships
  • Actively meet and get to know key power and energy personnel, contractors, and providers.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects
  • Proficient at estimating material, labor, and equipment costs in preparing bids
  • Expand work with local development community
  • Read and interpret plan sets for proper sequence and process for construction
  • Sediment control device installation (silt fence, erosion control blanket, etc.)
  • Set and achieve goals, while staying within budget
