YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
BENEFITS:

The Synthetic & Training Engineering Products Team:
An exciting opportunity is available within the Synthetics & Engineering Products Team for an Engineer to play an integral role in the development and ongoing support of High-Fidelity Synthetic Training Devices.
The CID team is responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, and ongoing support (including patching) of the computing infrastructure and networks that underpin the Synthetic Training Devices. This infrastructure includes a mix of operating systems, applications, and tools—some typical of standard IT environments and others more specialised. The role covers capabilities developed at Warton and also includes support for RAF bases at Coningsby and Lossiemouth, as well as international customers in Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a collaborative and motivated individual with a solid technical background. You’ll bring a supportive and inclusive leadership style, helping to guide and enable team members in the development and delivery of effective solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset, will be key to success in this role.
There may be opportunities to travel, both within the UK and internationally, in support of the training devices.
