About the role As our Team Leader – Contract Executives, you will lead the team responsible for managing provider contracts and associated documentation. By providing clear direction, you will build a high-performing, collaborative team that works both autonomously and cross-functionally. You’ll ensure contracts are prepared and maintained in line with legal and business requirements, support system updates, meet audit standards, and uphold data integrity across all Southern Cross systems. Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to your team while driving informed, customer-focused decisions. This is a 11-month fixed term contract until September 2026, covering an internal secondment. About you: Tertiary qualification, ideally in business administration or equivalent knowledge and experience, Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build and foster a high-performing, collaborative team Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Experience in complex process solution development and problem-solving Ability to work cross-functionally and make informed, customer-focused decisions Commitment to maintaining compliance with legal and business requirements Ngākau nui.
