Our service proposition is central to the UniSuper purpose - providing great retirement outcomes through easy, seamless, personalised interactions every time. The Opportunity This is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role where your impact will be seen every day. As Team Leader, Contribution Management Services, you will lead a team at the heart of how UniSuper delivers for its members. Your work will directly influence how contributions are processed, how services are experienced, and how we continue to lift outcomes for the people who rely on us for their retirement. You’ll join at a time when ways of working continue to mature. This role contributes to how a modern operations team operates day to day, with a focus on clarity, confidence, and consistency. There is an opportunity to support alignment across teams, set clear expectations, and build capability, enabling people to work effectively together and take ownership. In addition you will: * Lead a team of nine, creating a connected, collaborative environment where people feel supported and clear on expectations * Play a key role in lifting service outcomes by strengthening capability, removing inefficiencies, and improving how work flows through the team * Drive a more modern, adaptable way of working as processes shift to digital and straight through channels * Use performance insights and operational data to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and track meaningful progress * Build individual and team capability through coaching, development, and thoughtful leadership, supporting people at different stages of their journey * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and enhance the experience for members and colleagues   About You You’re a people leader who knows how to balance care, clarity, and performance. You set expectations early, follow through consistently, and create an environment where people understand what good looks like. You’re comfortable leading a team with a mix of tenure and capability, and you know how to bring individuals together to work as one team. You’re also someone who leans into change rather than away from it. You enjoy improving how things work, using data and insight to guide decisions, and helping others build confidence in new ways of working. You lead with patience and adaptability, and you know how to support individuals with different learning needs while still maintaining strong team outcomes. In addition, you will hold the following: * Demonstrated experience leading operational teams with a focus on performance, engagement, and development  * Ability to set clear expectations and translate priorities into structured, achievable work plans  * Strong capability in coaching and developing individuals with varied experience and learning styles  * Confidence in using data and reporting to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities  * Experience leading teams through change, building understanding and momentum as priorities evolve  * A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to simplify processes and improve efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance   What US offer UniSuper is proud of our culture and benefits, which empower our people to achieve their full potential, thrive, and grow their career with us. These include: * Opportunities for professional development to support career progression * A culture that values diversity and inclusion * Community, Culture & Wellbeing leave * UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
