Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader - Corporate Sales Administrator to join Lloyd Motor Group based in Lloyd BMW Newcastle.
Reporting to the Group Corporate & Business Manager, you will ensure that all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently, whilst providing guidance and support to the team.
Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 OTE
Hours: 42.5 Hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Corporate Administration team
  • Support the continued growth of the Department by helping the team adapt to increasing volumes and new opportunities.
  • Oversee the processing of new vehicle purchases and customer invoices, quotations and leasing
  • Oversee the preparation of all documentation and the onward delivery of sold vehicles
  • Liaise with customers, leasing companies and internal departments to resolve queries promptly
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring that deadlines, compliance requirements and quality benchmarks are met
  • Contribute to improving processes and system
  • Offer hands on assistance with complex or time-sensitive tasks
