We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure performance excellence for our travel account. What You’ll Do: Lead and support Team Leads and full-time employees in meeting service goals. Implement call center strategies and ensure KPI achievement for both Enshored and client targets. Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews to drive engagement and growth. Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, and IT teams to support operational needs. Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and service delivery standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2–5 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO environment. GDS experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and customer service orientation. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
