Your tasks


  • Leadership and further development of the Online / CRM team

  • Responsibility for the online and CRM areas with an operational focus on

  • Content creation and SEO/GEO

  • Further development and optimization of the website and digital touchpoints

  • Planning, creation and management of target group-relevant content

  • Further development of digital visibility through SEO, GEO and SEA

  • Conception and further development of CRM measures along the

  • Customer Journey

  • Development of automated and personalized customer communication

  • Analysis of user and customer data and derivation of concrete

  • Optimization measures

  • Managing digital projects from conception to implementation

  • Integration of online, CRM and marketing measures for our

  • Travel agency partner

  • Management and coordination of external web and CRM agencies

Your profile


  • Initial leadership experience and a passion for developing employees

  • Solid knowledge of online marketing, website management and CRM

  • Excellent knowledge of content creation and SEO/GEO, ideally also SEA.

  • Experience with CRM measures, customer journeys and digital projects

  • Safe handling of modern AI applications and their meaningful integration into work processes

  • Hands-on mentality as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working

  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for digital topics
