Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Team Leader – Customer Care, you will lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability to access meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach your team to deliver person-centred service, and ensure a seamless, responsive experience for our customers. Your leadership will drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive, inclusive culture aligned with Endeavour Foundation’s purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring customer interactions and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including workflows, KPIs, office coordination and site presentation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to foster inclusive community connections and support networks.
