Descripción del empleo The process expert team leader is a person who act proactively to support VS areas focused on utilization, down time, IDC and improvements with processes specialist group. Is responsible to lead and support the team with complex technical issues occurring on the VS, assigning troubleshooting projects for recurring events affecting downtime, IDC, Nu, etc. also promoting to use PDCA, A3, and other systematic issue tracking tools Requisitos Responsible for processes expert´s Management 25% Responsible to define strategies to support complex technical issues across different VS 25% Responsible to promote trainings for engineers and technicians 25% Responsible to encourage process specialist team to work proactively to detect gaps, opportunities, weaknesses and risks in the production area and act according to his experience to solve / cover them 25% Bachelor’s degree: Mechatronic engineer,Electronic engineer, Robotic engineer,Electromechanical engineer, Industrial engineer. Industrial engineer1. 5 or more years’ experience in maintenance in electronic manufacturing industry or automotive area. Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills: Internal and external. Willingness for intercultural cooperation. Analytical and skills for problem solving methodologies.
