We are looking for a senior data specialist in the fund industry (m, f, d) as Team Leader Delivery Driven Fund-Portfolio Monitoring Aufgaben As manager responsible for an IT-based fund portfolio monitoring system, you and your team act as the “eyes and ears on the ground” for internal and external stakeholders / Monitor the performance of IT systems on a daily basis and ensure that all workflows for data extraction processes for fund controlling and internal and external reporting are coordinated and run smoothly / Ensure that data from contractual agreements, deadlines, data deliveries, etc. from a variety of databases is brought together transparently and in high quality, including special data from private market funds. Correctly identify risks and problems related to data delivery, as well as manage and escalate issues / Maintain IT systems and ensure they are up-to-date, including change management, automation, or optimization of processes as necessary / Represent the “business” perspective in this IT and data-driven environment and ensure that the interests of the company are at the center of data deliveries to stakeholders / Maintaining intensive communication and credible cooperation with managers and various interest groups in a complex IT environment / Ad hoc projects. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering / CISA, CAIA, or CFA certification is an advantage / Professional experience in the fund industry with all types of funds, e.g., in data analysis of business processes, portfolio monitoring, analytics, etc., or in advising fund companies / Knowledge of investment metrics and KPIs at the fund and portfolio level / Knowledge of data models for private equity markets / Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks / Experience with implementations, process optimizations, and change management / Proactive personality with analytical thinking and high attention to detail / Experience in leading teams and specialists / Ability to remain focused under deadline pressure / Strong interest in IT and knowledge of private equity systems / Strong interest in exchange and communication / German and English.
