Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision and resource allocation for daily operations of the Youth Detention Centre, ensuring protocols and procedures
    are adhered to in the delivery of services.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Clinical Services Team and participate in clinical assessments to gain an understanding of the case
    management delivery requirements and accompanying case plans.
  3. Develop and maintain effective stakeholder networks and relationships, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to
    support success in agency objectives.
  4. Investigate and report on incidents to ensure remedial actions are followed up as a matter of urgency.
  5. Lead and support Senior and Youth Justice Officers in role modelling positive behaviours at all times.
  6. Support high quality service provision and participate in supervision, performance management, wellbeing and continuing professional
    development.
  7. Ensure high service quality standards in work health, policies and procedures and the legislative framework relating to work undertaken
    in a youth justice setting. Participate in a 24 hour/7 days per week roster program and actively take part in rostered activities.
