• Warehouse experience at least 2 year
• Forklift License
• Reach truck license desirable, not essential.
• Stand & Ride desirable, not essential.

OFFICE DUTIES

• Processing orders: bringing them on to the system, inputting data on to bulk sheets and generating the relevant paperwork for preparing the orders (headers, labels, pick notes, etc).
• Despatching orders: generating and issuing delivery notes for the customers
• Booking pallets for outload on the transport companies: Warrens (email) & Customer Portals.
• Brexit paperwork for Dublin and Belfast completed/Cartons and outers booked on system
• Booking orders details on Waitrose web portal
• Inputting dates for M&S for export on web portal
• Pulling all orders on EDI
• Prepping all paperwork - Bulk sheets and Pick notes
• Pro-rata system/orders
• Despatch - Daily Orders for all customers
• Update Bulk sheets, manifests, and other sheets
• Unfreeze stock and adjust stock when needed.
• Book/cancel late courier requests.
• Print out daily loading plans/schedules/labels/loading manifests.
• Confirm the orders, by checking and solving all the discrepancies.
• Scan and email delivery notes, order copies, loading manifests to our customers/hauliers.
• Cancel or book vehicles if there are some changes which have been made after primary calculation.
• Pull out and check outstanding orders.
• Carryout Stock counts Ambient / Chilled
• Adjust account accordingly after stock counts.
• Covering the AM Despatch clerk and other Shift Despatch clerk during ASH
