This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney). What You'll Do • Lead and develop a team of engineers through coaching, performance reviews, and career growth conversations. • Plan and manage team capacity, working closely with product and delivery managers to meet priorities. • Oversee delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance customer experience and strengthen our platforms. • Champion engineering best practices, ensuring code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical design and delivery with business objectives. • Foster an inclusive, agile culture that encourages innovation and psychological safety.. What You'll Bring • Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams, including coaching, performance management, and supporting career growth. • A strong technical foundation in Integration technologies, with hands‑on experience in API Delivery Management or Integration Platform Management. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, paired with practical experience in incident management within complex environments. • Proficiency with key delivery and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for a wide range of stakeholders. • Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including continuous improvement, documentation standards, and best‑practice development processes. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset that fosters a high‑performing team culture. • A growth mindset with a genuine passion for coaching others, elevating engineering capability, and contributing to a positive team environment.
