Location: Dubai Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–4 years Education: Graduate Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team, ensuring daily targets and KPIs are met. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Implement and improve processes to enhance productivity and quality. Resolve issues escalated by team members and provide timely solutions. Maintain reporting and documentation of team activities. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of digital platforms and online operations. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
