• To lead a team of disability support workers.
• Management of Day-to-day operation of accommodation.
• Management of accommodation budget and expenditure.
• Carryout any maintenance required at accommodation.
• Liaise with allied health professionals.
• Effective management of roster and staff issues.
• Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.
• Organizing different recreational activities for participants.
• Encouraging team and participants to meet their goals.
• Coordinating team meetings and coaching staff.
• Manage rosters and submit progress reports.
• Coordinating meals, activities and appointments.
