REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior floor role
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Experience in busy F&B environments
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join soon

• Lead and supervise waiters, cashiers, runners, and hosts
• Ensure smooth shift operations and maintain service standards
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Monitor floor activity and support team performance
• Report to the Restaurant Manager
