As part of the management team, the Team Leader provides support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the daily retail store operations. This role involves supervising, training, and motivating store associates, as well as handling operational tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising store associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Responsible for store merchandizing, shelf stocking and boxing and unboxing daily shipments
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Conducting managers on duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time and attendance are taken
  • Implementing and maintaining visual merchandizing standards based on company strategy
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Participating in inventory processes and new employee training.
  • Following-up on assigned tasks.
  • Participating in the hiring and performance management process
