In this role you will:

  • Lead and supervise the DFVC team to deliver safe house, outreach, and safety programs aligned with YWCA frameworks.
  • Ensure high-quality client support through intake, CRAT assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet funding and reporting obligations, including data collection and evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong external partnerships to enhance service delivery.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement
