Role Overview
As Team Leader of the Elite Real Estate Team, you will be responsible for driving performance, mentoring top agents, and ensuring the team consistently exceeds sales targets. This role requires a strong background in real estate sales, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in European or Russian languages is highly preferred to support our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of high-performing real estate agents
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize team performance
  • Support agents in negotiations, client meetings, and deal closures
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback and development plans
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
  • Liaise with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory updates
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards across all transactions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing successful sales teams
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in European or Russian languages is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
