YOUR ROLE AS A TEAM LEADER:

As a Team Leader, you will:
Lead & mentor a team of Support Workers, providing training & guidance.
Create a nurturing, inclusive environment for children with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
Collaborate with families & professionals to implement care plans & behaviour strategies.
Support the opening & development of the new home, ensuring high-quality care.
Oversee daily operations, safeguarding & compliance to maintain excellence.
Be a role model, inspiring a positive & compassionate team culture.
